						To cool the victim as quickly as possible.

						To give the victim water to drink with salt if 
						available.

						To pour water on victim for cooling.

						To elevate the legs and massage limbs.

						To loosen or remove clothing and boots.

						Do not move the victim until the medical team arrives.

						Mouth-to-mouth resuscitation should be started at once 
						if the patient's breathing has stopped or is not 
						regular-

						Administer warm drinks, except in the case of abdominal 
						injury.

						Protection from cold and shock place the victim in warm 
						sleeping bed-  
- 
						
						
						        
						
						Control bleeding by direct pressure. Once a tourniquet 
						has been applied, a doctor should examine the victim as 
						soon as possible. A tourniquet should be used extreme 
						caution.

						After: first aid, qualified medical attention should be 
						sought.  
- 
						
						
						        
						
						First-aid kit should be in all offices, vehicles, 
						workshops and all necessary places.
